Bandwidth Sharing Policy

Last Updated: March 30, 2026

This Bandwidth Sharing Policy ("Policy") forms part of the applicable end user agreement (whether titled Terms of Use, Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, or otherwise) (the "Governing Agreement") between you and Repocket Pte. Ltd. ("Repocket," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore. This Policy applies to your participation in bandwidth sharing in connection with any application, software, or service published or operated by Repocket (each, a "Product") where this Policy is referenced, linked, or presented to you during installation, registration, first launch, or use.

This Policy explains how Repocket uses a portion of your internet connection when you use versions or features of a Product in which Bandwidth Sharing is active. By installing, accessing, or using a Product where Bandwidth Sharing applies, you agree to the terms of this Policy and acknowledge the use of your internet connection in the manner described below. This Policy supplements, and does not replace, the prohibited-use and enforcement provisions in the Governing Agreement. Any conduct that violates this Policy also constitutes a violation of the Governing Agreement.

We may update or modify this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Products, platform requirements, legal obligations, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the applicable Product, our website, or other reasonable means. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Product or participation in Bandwidth Sharing after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

1. Introduction and Consent

1.1. Participation. Bandwidth Sharing may be a core component of certain versions or features of a Product. In connection with your access to and use of the applicable Product, your device may contribute bandwidth and IP connectivity as described in this Policy and the Governing Agreement. Bandwidth sharing allows your device to contribute a portion of its internet connection and its external IP address to a managed proxy network operated through Repocket infrastructure ("Bandwidth Sharing"). When Bandwidth Sharing is active, third-party internet requests may be routed through, and may egress from, your device's internet connection. As a result, such traffic may appear to originate from your external IP address. Bandwidth Sharing availability and behavior may vary depending on:

By enabling Bandwidth Sharing, installing or using a version of a Product in which Bandwidth Sharing is active, or continuing to use a Product where Bandwidth Sharing is required, you acknowledge and agree to participation in accordance with this Policy and the Governing Agreement. You are responsible for reviewing the disclosures and settings of the specific version you install.

1.2. When Bandwidth Sharing Occurs. On desktop operating systems, Bandwidth Sharing may operate whenever the applicable Product is running, including when minimized, running in the background, or not actively in use. Bandwidth Sharing may operate independently of whether you are actively using gameplay or other visible features of the Product. If an auto-launch or similar setting is enabled, the application may automatically launch when your device starts, and Bandwidth Sharing may operate automatically while the application is running.

On mobile devices, Bandwidth Sharing behavior depends on the operating system, device configuration, and distribution channel. Certain official app stores (including the Apple App Store and Google Play) may restrict background proxy functionality. Where such restrictions apply, some versions of the Product may not include Bandwidth Sharing functionality, may not support background participation, or may limit operation to foreground use. We may modify Bandwidth Sharing functionality as necessary to comply with platform requirements.

1.3. Stopping Bandwidth Sharing. To stop Bandwidth Sharing, you must either:

On certain versions, simply minimizing the application or closing the visible window may not stop Bandwidth Sharing. You may need to fully exit the application to terminate participation. We may stop Bandwidth Sharing at any time at our sole discretion.

2. Network Usage and Data Consumption

2.1. Use of Internet Connection. When Bandwidth Sharing is active, a portion of your device's available internet bandwidth may be used to route third-party network requests through your connection. Bandwidth Sharing may use your active internet connection regardless of connection type, including:

The Product may not be able to detect whether your device is using roaming data. You are solely responsible for any data usage charges, roaming fees, overage charges, or other costs imposed by your internet service provider, mobile carrier, or network operator.

2.2. Performance Impact. We do not impose a fixed or guaranteed bandwidth contribution level. Bandwidth contribution levels may vary dynamically based on network demand, device performance, system conditions, and internal allocation policies. Bandwidth Sharing may impact your device performance, battery usage, network utilization, or data consumption. While we implement reasonable technical controls intended to reduce material disruption, you acknowledge that participation may affect your device or connection performance.

2.3. Managed Proxy Infrastructure. All Bandwidth Sharing traffic is routed through and managed by Repocket's proxy network infrastructure. Your device does not independently select destinations or customers. We implement automated systems and technical controls designed to detect and reduce misuse of the network. These measures may include:

2.4. Managed Network Role. Participation in Bandwidth Sharing does not make you a provider, carrier, reseller, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of Repocket, any network customer, or any third party. Your device does not independently select destinations, customers, or traffic routing. Routing and allocation decisions are made through managed Repocket infrastructure and related technical controls. While we implement safeguards intended to reduce misuse, abuse reports, complaints, legal requests, or third-party inquiries may still arise in connection with traffic routed through the network.

2.5. No Remote Access. Bandwidth Sharing does not grant third parties remote access to your device, local files, applications, communications, or personal content. Traffic routed through your connection is limited to network requests handled through the proxy infrastructure. The Product does not inject, alter, redirect, or manipulate third-party application traffic on your device for advertising, monetization, or redirection purposes. We do not modify traffic generated by other applications installed on your device. Repocket does not sell personal data, IP addresses, or device-level identifiers to third parties. Bandwidth Sharing is limited to participation in the managed proxy network as described in this Policy.

3. Data Handling and Restrictions

3.1. Limited Processing. Bandwidth Sharing involves limited processing of network identifiers and related technical metadata that are necessary for routing traffic, maintaining network integrity, enforcing compliance controls, and preventing abuse. Identifiable metadata is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or legal purposes, as further described in the Privacy Policy. Aggregated, statistical, or anonymized network data that does not identify you may be retained for longer periods for analytics, network optimization, research, and service improvement purposes.

3.2. Prohibited Network Uses. The proxy network operated in connection with Bandwidth Sharing is not intended for, and may not be used for, any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

3.3. Abuse Reporting and Response. We may receive abuse reports, complaints, or takedown requests from websites, service providers, partners, or other third parties. We review such reports and may restrict, block, suspend, or investigate relevant activity where appropriate. While we implement reasonable safeguards intended to prevent harmful, unlawful, or abusive activity, no system can guarantee complete prevention of misuse. You acknowledge that third-party traffic routed through the network may be outside your knowledge or control.

3.4. Disclosure. We may disclose limited information related to Bandwidth Sharing where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful governmental requests. We may disclose or process relevant information where reasonably necessary to detect, investigate, prevent, or respond to fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of this Policy, the Governing Agreement, or our Privacy Policy. Any disclosure under this Section will be limited to the information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. No Guarantee. Bandwidth Sharing is provided as part of the applicable Product and operates subject to technical, operational, and platform limitations. Repocket does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Bandwidth Sharing, any minimum or maximum contribution level, or that Bandwidth Sharing will operate at all times, on all devices, or in all jurisdictions.

4.2. Limitation of Liability. All disclaimers and limitations of liability applicable to the Product under the Governing Agreement apply equally to Bandwidth Sharing. Please refer to the Terms of Use for the full limitation of liability provisions.

4.3. Interpretation. This Policy supplements, and does not replace, the prohibited-use and enforcement provisions in the Governing Agreement. Any conduct that violates this Policy also constitutes a violation of the Governing Agreement.
