These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules for your access to and use of the 2048 Game and related features published and operated by Repocket Pte. Ltd. ("Repocket," "we," "us," or "our") under the 2048 Game brand. These Terms apply to the 2048 Game website at https://2048game.fun/ (the "Website") and any related game applications we make available (each, an "Application"), in each case where these Terms are referenced, linked, or presented to you during first access or use (collectively, the "Game Service"). Repocket is a company incorporated in Singapore.

By using the Game Service, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify you through the applicable Game Service, the Website, or other reasonable means. The "Last Updated" date shows the latest version. If you continue using the Game Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the new Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or any updates to them, please do not use the Game Service.

You may use the Game Service only where allowed by law. The Game Service is generally available without age restrictions, except versions containing Bandwidth Sharing which are available only to users aged 16 and over, unless a higher minimum age applies in your jurisdiction.

Some versions of the Game Service may include bandwidth sharing functionality. Where bandwidth sharing is available, it is subject to additional disclosures, consent, and eligibility requirements described in the Bandwidth Sharing Policy. Your use of the Game Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

1. Introduction

The Game Service may include gameplay and other related functionality that we may add, remove, modify, or discontinue from time to time. The Game Service is currently made available on a free basis. However, we reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium functionality, subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid access tiers, or other monetized offerings in the future.

Some versions of the Game Service may include a bandwidth sharing feature, which may be mandatory for the use of those particular versions. Where bandwidth sharing is active, it may affect device resources, including bandwidth usage, battery consumption, performance, and data usage. Your carrier, internet service provider, or network operator may impose charges, limits, restrictions, or other conditions in connection with such use. You are solely responsible for any such charges, fees, or consequences arising from your internet or network usage. Please refer to our Bandwidth Sharing Policy for more information.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Game Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. In particular, you must not, and must not permit, assist, or encourage any other person to:

We may investigate any actual, suspected, or alleged violation and may take any action we reasonably consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, restricting features, suspending or terminating access, blocking activity, preserving records, or cooperating with platforms, regulators, rights holders, law enforcement, or other affected parties.

3. Applications

Subject to these Terms, Repocket grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access, download, install, and use Applications solely for your personal, non-commercial use and only through authorized versions of the Game Service made available by us. This license does not give you any ownership rights in any of the Applications or any part of the Game Service. Repocket reserves all right, title, and interest in and to Applications, the Game Service, and all related software, content, materials, and intellectual property. Under this license you must not:

4. Third-Party Terms

Some Applications may be available for download through third-party websites, app stores, marketplaces, and distribution platforms, including the Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, or Google Play (collectively, "Distribution Platforms"). Your access to and use of the Game Service through any Distribution Platform may be subject to that platform's own terms, policies, technical requirements, and rules, in addition to these Terms. Repocket is not responsible for, and does not control, any third-party platform terms, billing systems, access rules, usage restrictions, availability decisions, review processes, or enforcement actions.

5. Updates

Repocket may from time to time issue updates, patches, bug fixes, or new versions of Applications ("Updates"). Updates may be required for you to continue using the Game Service and may be downloaded and installed automatically, depending on your device settings and the applicable Distribution Platform. You agree that Repocket may deliver Updates to your device without additional notice or consent, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not accept or install a required Update, some or all features of the Game Service may become unavailable or may not function as intended.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, with or without notice, to suspend, restrict, disable, investigate, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Game Service. We may also remove, limit, disable, or discontinue any feature, content, gameplay mode, account functionality, or bandwidth sharing functionality at any time, temporarily or permanently, and without liability to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Repocket and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or (c) any dispute or issue between you and any third party arising from your use of the Game Service. Repocket reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Repocket and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, rankings, achievements, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to Applications, the Game Service, bandwidth sharing functionality, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repocket will also not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service outages, interruptions, delays, third-party platform restrictions, unauthorized access to your account or device, misuse of the Game Service by you or any third party, or your reliance on content, rankings, statistics, or other functionality made available through the Game Service. The total aggregate liability of Repocket arising out of or relating to Applications, the Game Service, bandwidth sharing functionality, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Repocket for the Game Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) 100 Singapore Dollars.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Game Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Repocket does not guarantee that the Game Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that any defects will be corrected.

The availability and performance of the Game Service may vary depending on the device, operating system, app version, network environment, jurisdiction, and distribution channel. Certain features may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed at any time for maintenance, technical, legal, operational, security, or platform-related reasons. Repocket disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Game Service (including all Applications, and all software, code, technology, puzzles, puzzle designs, gameplay elements, user interface elements, graphics, artwork, text, sounds, music, video, trademarks, logos, branding, documentation, and other content and materials made available through the Game Service) together with all intellectual property rights in them, are owned by or licensed to Repocket and are protected by applicable law.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership interest in Applications or the Game Service, or any right to use our trademarks, logos, branding, or other proprietary materials except as necessary for your authorized use of the Game Service. You must not remove, alter, conceal, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or accompanying the Game Service.

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to Applications or the Game Service, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. If that is not possible, it will be treated as severed, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver. If we do not exercise or enforce any right or remedy under these Terms, that does not mean we waive it. Any waiver by Repocket must be express and in writing.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent. Repocket may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or other third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or by operation of law.

Force Majeure. Repocket will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, power outages, telecommunications failures, internet or hosting disruptions, government action, platform restrictions, or failures of third-party providers.

No Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Repocket. You have no authority to bind Repocket.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Bandwidth Sharing Policy (where applicable), and any other policies or agreements expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Repocket with respect to the Game Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Repocket regarding the Game Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Game Service will be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force when the arbitration is commenced. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties. Nothing in this Section prevents Repocket from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect the Game Service, intellectual property, confidential information, or other legitimate interests.
